Heavy and separately priced waste
Standard fridges/freezers start from a £55 add-on when collected with a general load. Mattresses are typically £40–£60 depending on size. Soil, rubble and concrete are quoted by weight, while plasterboard is quoted separately. Eligible non-refrigerated metal-bearing domestic appliances may qualify for free collection.

Sometimes. Same-day and next-day collections are offered subject to the day’s route, location and available vehicle capacity.
Do I have to bag everything?
No. Furniture and many bulky items can be loaded as they are. Loose small waste is easier and safer to handle when bagged or boxed.
What should I mention before you arrive?
Please flag stairs, long carries, restricted parking, especially heavy items and any potentially hazardous material. This helps Cycleback quote accurately and plan the collection safely.
