Cycleback can offer free collection for selected non-refrigerated metal-bearing domestic appliances where the item is suitable for the collection route and can be removed safely.

Free collection conditions
The item should be disconnected, reasonably accessible and safe to move. Fixed-in appliances, difficult stairs, unusual access, contamination, dismantled units or extra non-metal waste may require a paid quote. Free collection is subject to route and suitability and is not an automatic entitlement.
Why offer selected appliances free?
Metal-bearing appliances can often be directed into reuse or recycling routes rather than being treated as ordinary mixed waste. That fits Cycleback’s reuse-first approach while helping customers remove suitable items conveniently.

No. Refrigeration equipment has different handling and disposal costs, so fridges and freezers are chargeable.

Yes. Appliances should normally be disconnected from electricity, water or gas before collection unless a separate safe arrangement has been agreed.
