Pricing
Commercial work is quoted to the actual job because labour, access, loading time and waste type can vary. The general mixed-waste guide starts at £70 and rises by load size, but heavy waste, plasterboard, refrigeration equipment and other separately treated items can affect the total.
Reuse and recycling
Usable furniture, metal and other suitable items may be separated for reuse, rehoming, resale, donation or recycling where practical rather than automatically being sent for disposal.

Can you clear a rental property between tenants?
Yes. Landlord and end-of-tenancy clearance enquiries are welcome, subject to the items being within the standard service and the person booking having authority to remove them.
Do you take hazardous business waste?
Not through the standard service. Asbestos, hazardous chemicals, oils/paint, gas cylinders and tyres should be disclosed before booking and may be refused or require a specialist route.
Can you work around access restrictions?
Often yes. Send details of stairs, loading bays, parking, lift access and time restrictions so the quote and collection plan can reflect them.
